Babbitt Motor Werks in Tempe has been my go-to BMW repair shop for many years. This time it was just a simple repair, but there’s always the thought that car repair places fabricate bigger problems and charge accordingly. Not Babbitt’s. I’ve always been treated very fairly and have never had any reason to go anywhere else. Brad is 💯 in customer service, so efficient and courteous with everyone, a great face to the business. Five stars all the way!

They initially gave me a quote but found a way to save me half of the price. I wonder how many other shops would do that. Honesty and integrity is key for me when picking a shop and that's why I have been going to Babbitt's for years.

Nathan Babbitt was involved in my first BMW purchase. A 528, I then went on to own a 540 a 550 and finally a 740li. They have always been honest and dealt with our frugal ways. Never performed anything I didn’t authorize. If your BMW is out of factory warranty. I highly recommend Babbitt’s.
