I called Babbitt to get a quote on a A/c vacuum and recharge on my 2013 Cooper JCW ,instead of just giving me a price like most company’s ,I was asked important detailed questions so they could get a better understanding of what my concerns were with my air conditioning, being a die hard enthusiast and experienced DIY guy I was impressed with the information they gathered and further rooted my trust in the company. Once brought in for service we continued conversation with questions and concerns. They gave me all the technical details on my car such as before and after refrigerant levels, and their procedures for possible leaks down the road. I’m highly satisfied and will definitely be back for services I cannot do myself.

We use this business all the time for our Z3. This time we told them to tell us if anything needed done to let us know since it is 20 yrs old and want to stay on top of the mechanics. They checked it out and said we needed nothing. Didn't try to take advantage. When the oil change was done they promptly called to let us to come pick it up. Been a customer for 10 years.
