Had a electrical water pump and thermostat failure, also need an oil change. The guys at Babbitt Motor Werks did the service with a 2-year labor & parts warranty. Had other repairs and services done before at this place and have been happy with their work! They use OEM parts and labor charges are pretty reasonable. Very friendly front desk, highly recommended.

Very friendly and knowledgeable. Did not try to sell me repairs that were not necessary like the dealer did.

Car was over heating, thermostat was leaking internally with light showing red hot and coolant was dangerously low. Drove my car home just within one day after my 2017 BMW 230i was towed there. Thermostat was replaced, reservoir was refilled, and a new expansion tank hose was put in that was coolant soaked. Combined with my awareness of risking a damaged engine and their efficiency, what could have ended up costing me at least $10K, cost me $790.73.
