UPDATE: 9-1-2022 Once again the team at Babbitt proved why I don't hesitate to bring my 328 in whenever an issue I cant solve arises. Brad and Riley took care of my AC in less than one day. Its blowing so cold its hurts! Brad is as friendly as ever. I trust these guys 100% :) As past experiences, dealing with Babbitt was a pleasure. Brad and Riley addressed my issues honestly and pointed out a few items needing attention in the near future. As long as I own a BMW I can't imagine going anywhere else for my service needs.

We bought a basket case Z4. The top was inoperable. I’m took it apart and got in over my head. After calling around to various BMW shops and not finding anyone who would help I connected with Brad. Not only did he and Reily get the top working again but the process was easy. Brad kept us up to date with the work and honored the quote even when things popped up that other shops would have used to jack up the cost. I will continue to have my BMW’s serviced at Babbit. Thank you Brad and Riley!!

If you have a BMW, I highly recommend that you go to Babbitt Motor Werks for all your service needs. They are experts in all things BMW. I also like that they are a family-owned business and you get more personalized service than you do at the dealership. I have found that I save money and time, but I don't have to sacrifice quality.
