Our 2019 X5 is out of warranty and we were quoted by the dealer that we needed to replace our worn out thruster rod bushings which required to replace the left and right control arms. Dealers price was very expensive but Babbits quoted us almost half the charge. If your BMW is out of warranty or if a wear part is not covered under warranty, would highly recommend Babbits. They do excellent work and their staff including Jen and Kamaron Babbit are knowledgeable, prompt and very friendly.

Upfront on the work that needed to be done and the cost, no surprise charges; finished right away.

My mini had a small evap leak aka a check engine light so i couldn’t pass emissions even though it drove fine. They got me in and fixed it in short order and the price was reasonable.

The important characteristics of any business are providing a great product and customer service. The Babbitt Tempe team is heads and shoulders above any business I have encountered. I appreciate being given an explanation that I can comprehend on my repairs. I am also told of things to be aware of in the future without pressure to have the work done now. Brad and the technicians show that the work environment is positive. It makes me comfortable to know that they work as a team to address my concerns. When I leave, I do not feel like I was taken advantage of. I will continue to trust Bard and the technicians with my car care needs.
