I'm not one for surveys usually, but I have no issue leaving a 5 Star review for the crew at the Tempe location of Babbit Motor Werks. We've been going to see Brad and the the crew for the last few years on my wife's previous BMW before it met it's unfortunate demise in a car accident. We replaced it and have begun taking our new BMW to Babbit and have continued to receive the same great service both mechanically and customer service wise. Brad is a solid guy with great customer service acumen and is always helpful with questions and tips on BMW care and service. In a world where mechanic shops are often regarded in the same way lawyers are, it is refreshing to have a truly honest and kind place to go to and know you are going to receive a fair price and solid, guaranteed work.
