I found Babbitt after my mechanic moved to a dealership that I was not impressed with. I only take my MINI to mechanics that have a lot of experience with MINIs, and i was so impressed with Babbitt! I am a little ignorant when it comes to cars, and I hate feeling like I'm being taken advantage of. Kameron was so personable and explained everything in detail. He did not push any repairs on me and was very honest and accurate with what my MINI needed. They even fixed a few small cosmetic things for free when the dealership wanted to charge me over $500. I was so impressed with the personal customer service and the high quality work. I will definitely be bringing my MINI into Babbitt from now on. So glad I found them!

Excellent customer service! You took the time to explain everything in detail and I didn't feel like I was being sold anything I didn't need. You also went the extra mile to fix little things for free that you could have ignored or charged me for. I feel like I can trust you to take good care of my vehicle and you won't take advantage of me as the customer. I will definitely be coming back :)

The entire team at Babbitt is incredible. They are upfront, honest, and will only do what is necessary, rather than unnecessary and a way to inflate revenue, when working on your vehicle. Having just done a huge engine job, we originally discussed how long I could wait, the repercussions if I did, and what it would cost, along with any other small mechanical issues which could be handled at the same time, instead of later, costing 3-4 times more. I am so thankful that I found them after I moved here two years ago and needed work done on my vehicle. Knowing what I know now, I would ALWAYS take my BMW here first, before a dealer. If you're skeptical, take it to a dealer first, get your estimate and timeline, then take it here and see how much faster and cost effective this team can be without sacrificing quality.
