Purchased a 17 year old BMW Z3 as a gift for my wife. The car came with no history. Babbitt took complete responsibility for going over the car top to bottom. Their communication with me was beyond anything I have ever experienced with mechanics. They sent detailed invoices and work plans with cost estimates and descriptions before they billed me for anything. They only did the work I approved and didn't try to upsell any unnecessary repairs. The owners are often on location and are genuine people who want nothing more than to do the best job they can. I wish they had shops for non-BMW cars as well.

Babbitt Motor Werks is THE place to go for BMW service in Scottsdale. Technicians are highly trained and experienced. The work was done on-time and at a significant savings over the dealership. Kameron did a great job explaining the issues with the SAV and the work that was performed. I highly recommend this business.
