Babbitt has been a heaven-sent for me as a recent LA transplant. I had to leave my trusty mechanic behind but then stumbled upon this gem! Not only are they knowledgeable, but they truly care about you as a customer and person. I've been in like three times in the last 6 months, and every experience has been consistently positive. They go to the moon and back, always with a smile! Just yesterday, my battery died and not only did they come out to jump me (I was close by, luckily) but they had me in & out within an hour for the battery swap - literally saved my life.
