Great guys ... very fast service. I called 1 day in advance, they got my wife's BMW650 in and repaired it much faster than expected. We have used them several times and they have always exceeded expectations!

Car was smoking on start up and I feared a blown head gasket. Talked with Danny and he stated it was most likely a turbo feed line leaking. had to replace the turbo and all new lines and car was ready within 24 hours. Good service

Took my 2008 Mini Cooper to Babbitt for long overdue maintenance. The team was very professional and answered all of my questions as I contemplated taking my car to a mechanic instead of the dealer. Danny was very helpful and patient. He provided a quote which I compared with the dealer and was flexible as I scheduled my appointment. Struts, motor mounts seals, oil change and more - I am very satisfied with the work. My car drives like it is new. And they washed the car after the appointment Literally 1 week later, the battery died and I was back. Within 30 minutes I had a new battery. I highly recommend Babbitt - friendly, professional, thoughtful and helpful. The work they performed was exceptional.

The brought my 170k mile E60 530i back to life! Had major transmission and other various issues and ended up installing a brand new OEM BMW Trans from Germany, new oil pan gasket, engine mounts, completely rebuilt the driveline, brake booster, brake master cylinder and some other odds and ends. Over all very happy with the quality of work and honesty. They have a customer for life to say the least. Highly recommend.

Hayden location was awesome. Honest and knowledgeable, plus great customer service, you can’t go wrong. I’m not going anywhere else for routine maintenance to major repairs on the Mini! Great Job guys!

Update: We had another repair completed on a new issue. If I could give 10 stars, I would. I can’t say enough that I feel like we found a one in a million repair shop. Danny and the incredible team at Babbitt have given us confidence in a car that I was ready to scrap. They complete repairs quickly, communicate better than any mechanic I’ve ever used, and I am able to trust what they tell me because my X5 is running without issues. Original Review: Babbitt Motor Werks is what I wish all mechanic shops were. I brought our X5 in after purchasing it as a used vehicle from what I thought was a reputable dealer. We went through weeks of the dealership telling us they had done a complete check and the car passed their rigorous safety check. Within 24 hrs, we experienced issues. After weeks of dealing with that, we took the X5 to Babbitt and Danny was incredible. He diagnosed all the issues within a couple hours. Once I asked him to complete the repairs late on a Friday, I had a call Monday morning saying it was complete. Danny gave me a full breakdown of everything and told me what was crucial and what could wait. I was in full control of what was repaired, and I haven’t experienced that in a very long time. I can’t thank Danny and his team enough for the quality of their service. I haven’t seen this level of service in YEARS and will definitely go back to them for any service needs on our BMW.
