These guys are great. I was able to get the front brakes replaced, oil change, and brake fluid flush for $1000 less than bmw. Their communication is great and the entire service took less than 3 hours. I will continue to use Babbitt for any bmw I own. Thanks Babbitt!
Diagnosis & service is quick and reliable. Danny is a gem! A pleasure to deal with Babbit.
Thank you for the review, Michael!
Great customer service quickly completed. Very satisfied
I’ve been going to Babbit for a while now and have always received great service. This was my first time at this location and I was blown away by Danny and the team. There was a small mixup and they went above and beyond to make sure every issue was resolved. Thank you!!
Great shop! Highly recommend. In and out service on time, even earlier than expected. Very personable and trustworthy
Excellent customer service, quick turnaround, and transparent pricing. Will definitely use again!
First time to “not the dealer” for my Mini. Great customer service and communication! I will certainly be back.
I’ve always had a top notch experience bringing my car here! Professional, prompt, skilled & friendly service, all at a great price.
Thank you for leaving us a 5 star review, Kristen!
Babbitt continues to excel in maintaining my 330CIC. Danny is the best representative for Babbitt. Keep up the good work!!!

As per Service Bulletins posted by BMW North America and MINI USA, there are manufacturing issues with certain vehicles and the Footwell Module (FRM), BMW + MINI have extended the coverage on some of the FRM modules to 10 years 156,000 miles due to their high failure rates. If failure occurs while in the process of diagnosing your vehicle with our factory scanner, we cannot be held responsible as this is a BMW/ engineering problem with the Footwell Module (FRM) itself and not with anything done by Babbitt Motor Werks.
