I trust this team for anything BMW related. They give me real feedback and don’t try to upsell me on services like they do at the dealer. They tell me what really needs attention and why. They get their parts directly from the dealer as well. Excellent quality for a fraction of what you’ll pay if you go to BMW. Plus they are friendly and easy to work with. 5 stars from me.

I have been taking my BMW 750 to Babbitt for almost 4 years. I drive over an hour each way just for them to work on it. The people are very friendly and have not misdiagnosed my car once. Its done on time and correctly the first time. This company clearly instills integrity into everyone that works there. This is a fantastic repair shop!

Babbit Motor Works ceases to amaze me. They are honest to the point and do great work. The BMW dealership wanted us to do all of these unnecessary fixes so I took it to Babbit for a second opinion and they saved me thousands of dollars for unnecessary repairs and needed repairs. Highly recommended!!!

I am very happy with the services provided by the north Scottsdale location. Sean was extremely knowledgeable, well spoken and professional. They repaired my car in the time frame they quoted. Took my 2008 mini cooper for an ac repair. Jenn found an aftermarket part to save me some money. They recommended parts needing replacement but did not push repair on me. Also, washed my car after the repair. Excellent service and ac is working like a champ. They don’t charge more than other repair shops but provide a higher level of service. Two thumbs up!!
