Wonderful experience at the North Scottsdale location. We were travelling to PHX and needed an AC service to survive our time in the valley and gave Babbit a call based on the 5.0 Google rating. Danny was our service writer and he promptly got our car in and had GREAT communication throughout. That is super rare any more and VERY appreciated! They were quick, thorough, and as mentioned, had fantastic communication at all points! Happy to add another well deserved 5 star review!

Quick update, I ended up having my car towed to Babbitt after the other shop I had it at didn’t know what they were doing. The guys at Babbitt handled everything amazingly well from diagnosing all the issues, working with my insurance company, fixing the car and communicating with me the whole time. It’s such a relief to find a mini mechanic that is incredibly knowledgeable and completely honest and upfront. I will only take my car to them in the future because I know they do business the right way. They’ve earned my highest recommendation

My wife and I brought in her 2002 325ci into the North Scottsdale location. We needed a replacement battery but we had a schedule issue. Despite being short staffed, Danny made accommodations and squeezed us in. We appreciated Danny’s flexibility and willingness to go the extra step to help us out on little or no notice. He made our problem his and took care of us, this is why Babbitt Motor Werks is our go-to service shop for the BMW!

Nothing short of excellent! Danny makes you feel heard and strives to make taking your car in for repairs is not gonna as scary as taking it to a dealership where it’s doomsday every time! I feel comfortable bringing my car here and that honest and fair people to deal with.
