They saved me thousands in imminent labor costs and when all was said and done I walked out of there for a third of what the dealer would have cost me and my car drives like it’s new. Without going into the details of the last BMW service place I used, I was fortunate enough to find my way to Babbitt Motor Werks. Danny, the service manager (North Scottsdale location), has personality plus. Excellent customer service, professional, honest, and the repairs were actually completed, including correcting the subpar work from my previous BMW service provider. Techs know what they are doing – thank you. A new customer and here to stay.
