I'm not one for surveys usually, but I have no issue leaving a 5 Star review for the crew at the Tempe location of Babbit Motor Werks. We've been going to see Brad and the the crew for the last few years on my wife's previous BMW before it met it's unfortunate demise in a car accident. We replaced it and have begun taking our new BMW to Babbit and have continued to receive the same great service both mechanically and customer service wise. Brad is a solid guy with great customer service acumen and is always helpful with questions and tips on BMW care and service. In a world where mechanic shops are often regarded in the same way lawyers are, it is refreshing to have a truly honest and kind place to go to and know you are going to receive a fair price and solid, guaranteed work. I was first time customer this week and could not be more pleased with the service! Danny was great in communicating what the issues were as well as explaining them and the Babbit crew has my BMW back driving great! I will never get serviced at a dealership again. These guys know there stuff and are honest and forthright.

This place does an excellent job. Thorough communication and customer service. They always break pricing down and explain what needs to be done. I've been bringing my 2015x1 here and will not go to any other place. Brad and the whole team there rocks!

Excellent service, I've had a pre inspection service completed and was very detailed, I normally use their Scottsdale Location, I did visit the Tempe location for an alignment after purchasing new tires and it was a flawless / painless visit. Just recently the battery finally died on me (they did warn me at time of inspection it was on it's last leg), they were able to get me in and out in less than an hour with a new battery, programmed and ready to go. I referred a friend to them who had bad experiences with other independent shops and he was very pleased with the service and plans to keep them as his main service facility for his 540i. I will not take my BMW's anywhere else.
