We are new customers at Babbitt Motor Werks (Hayden Rd) and are incredibly pleased by the service to our BMW e93. A dealer recommended several $$$ repairs. A friend recommended Babbitt Motor Werks in Tempe for his BMW. That is a little too far for us, so we went to the Hayden Road shop. I scheduled the appointment online and confirmed the details by phone. Danny and the technicians were excellent. No complaints, no issues, and a great price. We highly recommend them.

EXCELLENT customer service and repair work! Brad is very experienced, knowledgeable, and personable. Itemized bill contained the same charges as the estimate that I received before work was scheduled. No surprise hidden or added fees. I shopped around, and Babbitt offered the best price. Work was completed in a very timely manner. No sitting and waiting for hours.

Great job on the oil change. Definitely like the early drop off, and also vacuumed and washed my car.

Babbitt Motor Werks is a great shop with a lot of integrity. Their help has been instrumental in keeping my 2002 330i on the road while keeping costs under control. My dad has brought his 2014 328d to them a couple times so far, and has been satisfied with the quality of work performed every time. Danny and the techs will always work with you.

Amazing service! They let me know what needed to be done now and things that should be done in the near future. They even gave me recommendations on things to keep my car from deteriorating from the heat and sun since I live in Arizona. Will definitely be using these guys again. Highly recommended!

A bit late for my 8am appointment due to road closures and detours but Kameron greeted me with a smile and professionalism. After a thorough check with Jeff’s assistance, I was told that my car had many issues that caused me to get the “DRIVETRAIN WARNING." Kameron inquired as to what my intentions were for my car. I informed him that I hope to drive it for at least another year. He suggested that I allow him to see if the less pricy repair would solve the problem. After working on it for more than three hours and was not able to resolve the issues. He informed me of what the testing indicated and the costs associated with the repairs. He was empathetic as he knew the repairs were more than I was willing to pay. The car has high mileage and it seems more practical for me to trade it in toward something else. He understood my situation, apologized that he was not able to give me a better outcome. He was compassionate and offered not to charge me for the service I received. This was unexpected but I appreciated his kindness. I am not a customer with longevity/history with Babbitt. When I had an emergency will traveling and needed to find a shop, my research lead me to Babbitt. Their reviews were impressive. Integrity and honesty are paramount in business and I found it there then and again today. Presently, I am not sure what I’m going to do about my transportation but if I will always be a loyal customer of Babbitt. They have earned my trust and support. I know my review is long, but, I think it’s important that I share my experience. Thank you.

I had a great experience with Babbitt Motor Werks. The staff was extremely polite and friendly from the moment I walked in. They took the time to clearly explain everything and made me feel welcome throughout the process. The inspection and maintenance were completed quickly and efficiently, which I really appreciated.
