I've been coming to Babbitt Motor Werks in Scottsdale for a number of years for my 328i. They have always done a professional job. Recently, I ran over a large hunk of concrete that fell off of a truck that was in front of me. It did significant damage under my car (oil pan, transmission pan, mounts, steering parts, etc). Babbitt (Danny) worked with my insurance company by supplying pictures and a repair estimate. Danny kept me appraised throughout the process and the car was repaired and ready to be picked up just over a day after receiving the OK from the insurance company. Yes, I can probably save a few dollars going to chain shops for things like oil changes but I know Babbitt will do a comprehensive review of my entire car and that is worth the extra money to me.

Babbit Motor Werks and the team there have always been an absolute pleasure to work with and have my vehicles serviced by. Their customer service and professionalism are second to none! if you've got a BMW in the surrounding area that you want to properly maintain, there is only one place to bring it to! My mini has been to both Tempe & south Scott’s locations now. Recently my mini went 1/2 engine while accelerating half-way thru a turn. Cameron was super patient with all my phone calls & AAA coordinating😅. Thank the car gods it was old sparks & coils🙏🏼 Babbitt took great care of my Mini and had it back same day running good as new—and washed! Been to Babbitt on Kyrene as well for brake pads & service. Babbitt pricing is much more reasonable than my previous Bimmer haus that quoted 1.5hrs of labor fees for a fog light 🤨. Thanks, Cameron & Jen!
