I'm very particular about where I take my car. Babbitt Motor Werks was recommended by someone who's opinion I trust, and Babbitt Motor Werks have definitely held up their end of that trust. This latest visit, I booked online, and asked a specific question. I received a phone call almost immediately with the information that I was looking for. After dropping the car off early, before opening, I was kept fully informed with timely updates on the progress, when the car would be ready, and when the car was ready. I have absolutely no hesitation in recommending Babbitt Motor Werks. Very caring, very friendly, very professional.

What a fantastic shop. I knew about them from my son who takes his Mini Cooper there and has had amazing experiences. Now that I have a BMW, it’s my turn to use them. Their prices are very competitive, and they are all wonderful to work with. They also do not try and upsell you items that you don’t need, which I appreciate. Highly recommend
