My first experience with Babbitt Motor Werks was excellent. Friendly and efficient service and unlike the Mini service centers I have been to in the past I wasn’t pressured with a service sales pitch.

I needed some major repair so I went back to Babbitt. The customer service is excellent, the repair work is outstanding and the cost is very fair.

Had my i3 in for a 12v battery swap. The crew at Babbitt got it turned around in just a few hours. I missed the appointment because the car didn't start one last time before the battery swap, but they were understanding and helpful despite that. The dealer estimate was almost 2x for the same service. I'm glad to have a new partner for my BMW maintenance needs. And thanks for the car wash!

Wonderfully knowledgeable! Service was prompt and my vehicle now looks and performs so much better.
