We found this shop about a year ago. We had been taking our aging Mini Cooper to the dealer. So grateful we switched. Friendly staff. Clear explanations. Great work. A very service forward vibe overall. Reasonable prices. They help you understand and prioritize. A top tier shop providing a top tier experience. 10/10 recommend!!

Had a BMW for about 10 years- used Babbit Motor Werks the entire time, recently purchased a newer model BMW- a lot of the factors going into the decision was the fact that I am able to have the car serviced at Babbits. Great people- thankful for their service/ trustworthy.

What I love about Babbitt is that they are always looking out for my car, without trying to add more 'potential' things to add. This visit was to replace rear brakes, which was expected. They also found a cooling system part that needed replacing, also (kind of) expected. But a bushing that they warned me about two visits ago is still in okay shape so they suggested leaving it for right now. That's the kind of service I love. Fix what needs to be fixed, but don't over-fix with might be needed later. As usual, Jennifer is fantastic - always friendly, an keeps me up-to-date on service report, calls, etc. Thank you!!

I had a repair I needed completed ASAP. The dealer had an absolutely ridiculous rate to complete this repair. I called in the morning and Babbitt squeeze me in that day at a fair price and when I picked up the car, it was washed as well. Very happy with their service thank you.

Always do a great job at reasonable prices. It is hard to find a shop to work on a 39 yr old BMW but they manage to repair it and it still runs great!
