This place was recommended to me by another mini owner and I'm so glad I found them! Jen Babbitt is so helpful and straightforward. I had gone to the Mini dealership for an oil change and they came back with $1600 worth of "repairs." Babbitt instead recommended only what was needed and told me what I could wait on or skip. Highly recommend, I was so happy with the service that was quick and it was so easy to get an appointment.

10/10 – Outstanding Experience! We were originally planning to have our 2021 BMW X5 serviced at BMW Scottsdale, especially since they were offering a 25% discount on parts and labor for October. Their discounted quote came to $5,461, which covered: Front & Rear Brakes with Rotors Control Arms Alignment They also recommended a fuel injector flush and engine decarbon flush at $273.86 each, and said we needed two rear tires for $1,250.22. Before committing, we decided to get a second opinion and found Babbitt Motor Werks in Scottsdale on October 8th. I spoke with Danny Flynn, who was incredibly knowledgeable and helpful right from the start. After giving him our VIN, he reviewed everything BMW recommended and came back with an estimate of around $4,200 — and he was upfront in telling us we didn’t need the injector or decarbon flushes. He also said they’d inspect the tires first before deciding if replacement was necessary. We scheduled for the next morning, and they even went ahead and ordered the parts right away. When we dropped off the car, Jennifer Babbitt checked us in. She was friendly, professional, and efficient. Within a couple hours, she called to confirm everything, go over pricing, and we asked them to also handle the spark plugs (which weren’t due until Spring 2026) and replace the wipers. They inspected the tires and confirmed we could safely wait on those — which we appreciated. The best part? The car was ready THAT SAME AFTERNOON. When we arrived, the X5 was out front waiting for us, the checkout process with Jennifer was smooth and quick, and we were on our way. Driving home, we were blown away — our BMW hasn’t run this smoothly in years. We didn’t even realize how much performance had been lost until after the service.
