Without going into the details of the last BMW service place I used, I was fortunate enough to find my way to Babbitt Motor Werks. Danny, the service manager (North Scottsdale location), has personality plus. Excellent customer service, professional, honest, and the repairs were actually completed, including correcting the subpar work from my previous BMW service provider. I found my new best friend! Service is great, Danny was great. He was able to answer all my questions. If you own a BMW you know maintenance and repairs can be costly. At Babbitt the prices are very reasonable. Dont take my word do your research but Babbitt is my go to shop going forward.
