I consider myself lucky that the previous owner of my BMW got the vehicle serviced at Babbitt Motor Werks. I typically frequent the South Tempe location for proximity, but recently took the car in for work that needed to be completed at the Scottsdale location. I had the pleasure of meeting Jennifer, who was welcoming, friendly, and quick to get my issues resolved with the team. Highly recommend Babbitt, they've continued to provide excellent communication, clear resolutions to any problems with my car, and make this 1st-time BMW driver feel more than comfortable with the maintenance and care required to keep the car top-notch. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

Babbit is the best shop around for professional work with quick turn around times. They are very transparent and always put the customer first. I would recommend this shop to anyone needing work done to their bmw for the most fair prices and speedy repairs.

Got an oil change, had an appointment for 8am and was called at 11am stating it was ready. Shop was very clean and front desk was very friendly! Definitely will be coming back for more maintenance needs!

Babbitt Motor Weeks was a great experience. I plan to use them in lieu of the dealership. Danny was very professional and explained the whole process with the repairs to my vehicle. I see why these folks have a solid 5 star rating! My daughter will start getting her BMW serviced there as well. All repair cost to include labor was reasonable.
