This shop will now be my regular shop. It’s very professional, quick and reassuring. Brad was an awesome guy to talk to and part of the reason I’m coming back. They completed an oil change, inspection (for free) and washed my car (for free) in under an hour for the same price I used to pay JUST for an oil change at all the other places I’ve been to. With the inspection they didn’t try to rip me off, which is the first. They did print out a paper with a list of things to be aware of in the far future but told me it’s not an issue now and not to act on it. This is real service and genuine. They now have another regular.

Amazing and more importantly very trust worthy. I received a questionable quote from the dealership and am so glad that I took the car to Babbitt. I just referred an employee from work who also received a huge quote from the dealership. I told him that he is in great hands with Babbitt. They know BMW and warranty their work.

My BMW required replacement of a number of suspension components due to rust and required a wheel alignment. Babbitt completed the work in a very timely manner for a fair price. The staff were very professional and great to deal with. Alignment and suspension issues were resolved and the car drives like new. I will definitely use Babbitt in the future for my car repairs and maintenance!

Had a great experience. Was greeted immediately upon arrival- by owner Jennifer, and experienced great timely and efficient service through the repair.

First time at your facility..had a great experience. They know their stuff and were fast. Fixed my engine problem.. replaced a rear window in two days. BMW'S are not cheap to keep especially a 23 year old one but you get what you pay for and their work was at a fair price. The rest of the universe is not so fair. On the way to emissions (which it now passed) got a flat tire. Plugged it and continued on my way. I will be back for one more remaining issue and will use them in the future.
