A bit late for my 8am appointment due to road closures and detours but Kameron greeted me with a smile and professionalism. After a thorough check with Jeff’s assistance, I was told that my car had many issues that caused me to get the “DRIVETRAIN WARNING." Kameron inquired as to what my intentions were for my car. I informed him that I hope to drive it for at least another year. He suggested that I allow him to see if the less pricy repair would solve the problem. After working on it for more than three hours and was not able to resolve the issues. He informed me of what the testing indicated and the costs associated with the repairs. He was empathetic as he knew the repairs were more than I was willing to pay. The car has high mileage and it seems more practical for me to trade it in toward something else. He understood my situation, apologized that he was not able to give me a better outcome. He was compassionate and offered not to charge me for the service I received. This was unexpected but I appreciated his kindness. I am not a customer with longevity/history with Babbitt. When I had an emergency will traveling and needed to find a shop, my research lead me to Babbitt. Their reviews were impressive. Integrity and honesty are paramount in business and I found it there then and again today. Presently, I am not sure what I’m going to do about my transportation but if I will always be a loyal customer of Babbitt. They have earned my trust and support. I know my review is long, but, I think it’s important that I share my experience. Thank you.
