Great customer service, friendly and knowledgeable, quality work at reasonable prices. Jen, Danny and team, worked with my 3rd party warranty company to approve/replace AC evaporator on my 2021 X5 - fairly big job involves removing the whole dash for access. Completed the work as estimated, everything put back together carefully and working perfectly. Very glad to have Babbitt Motor Werks in my neighborhood, now my go-to for BMW service.

This shop will now be my regular shop. It’s very professional, quick and reassuring. Brad was an awesome guy to talk to and part of the reason I’m coming back. They completed an oil change, inspection (for free) and washed my car (for free) in under an hour for the same price I used to pay JUST for an oil change at all the other places I’ve been to. With the inspection they didn’t try to rip me off, which is the first. They did print out a paper with a list of things to be aware of in the far future but told me it’s not an issue now and not to act on it. This is real service and genuine. They now have another regular.

That’s exactly the kind of experience we aim to provide, honest, straightforward, and respectful of your time. We’re glad Brad took great care of you and that everything from the service to the inspection felt transparent and helpful. Looking forward to taking care of your BMW moving forward!

Amazing and more importantly very trust worthy. I received a questionable quote from the dealership and am so glad that I took the car to Babbitt.
