What I love about Babbitt is that they are always looking out for my car, without trying to add more 'potential' things to add. This visit was to replace rear brakes, which was expected. They also found a cooling system part that needed replacing, also (kind of) expected. But a bushing that they warned me about two visits ago is still in okay shape so they suggested leaving it for right now. That's the kind of service I love. Fix what needs to be fixed, but don't over-fix with might be needed later. As usual, Jennifer is fantastic - always friendly, an keeps me up-to-date on service report, calls, etc. Thank you!!

I had a repair I needed completed ASAP. The dealer had an absolutely ridiculous rate to complete this repair. I called in the morning and Babbitt squeeze me in that day at a fair price and when I picked up the car, it was washed as well. Very happy with their service thank you.

Always do a great job at reasonable prices. It is hard to find a shop to work on a 39 yr old BMW but they manage to repair it and it still runs great!

I typically frequent the South Tempe location for proximity, but recently took the car in for work that needed to be completed at the Scottsdale location. I had the pleasure of meeting Jennifer, who was welcoming, friendly, and quick to get my issues resolved with the team. Highly recommend Babbitt, they've continued to provide excellent communication, clear resolutions to any problems with my car, and make this 1st-time BMW driver feel more than comfortable with the maintenance and care required to keep the car top-notch. Babbit is the best shop around for professional work with quick turn around times. They are very transparent and always put the customer first. I would recommend this shop to anyone needing work done to their bmw for the most fair prices and speedy repairs.
