These guys are honest. I've been here two times and they've been straight forward. They priced pretty competively as I've shopped around before committing to my first repair. This company gained more of my respect as they don't sit around trying to pull scare tactics on you. In other words, you don't have to worry about going in to get your breaks changed and then worry about them coming back with 5 other different issues. They will make suggestions though and leave the decision up to you. Brad and his team are first class.

On the initial phone call I spoke to Danny and I had no Idea what was wrong with my car. I told him what was going on and with his knowledge he was able to determine what might have been the issue. Sure enough he was exactly right and we were able to get the car fixed and on he road quickly. thanks guys!

Clean, efficient, knowledgeable and fair pricing! This is the kind of shop I trust to take care of my BMW. From the first conversation with Cameron on the phone, I had a good feeling about taking my car in. They thoroughly explained the work to be done, did it faster than promised and charged a very fair price. A great first experience. I had an opportunity to speak with some long term customers who's experience over years supported my first impression.

Since the day I purchased my low mileage, pre-owned BMW 750Li, it has driven poorly. Choppy, lurching transmission, poor handling and unenjoyable performance. After a trip to Babbit Motor Werks, the problem was diagnosed, and rapidly corrected. I have literally considered abandoning this vehicle as a lemon on many occasions, but the car drives like new again, the way a 750 should. These repairs likely kept me in this vehicle for another 5 years.

Everyone is friendly and Kameron did a great job explaining the issues. It's difficult finding a shop you can trust. Highly recommend !!
