I had heard about Babbitt from Beemer Haus a few years back. They were only in Tempe at that time. They now have a new location in North Scottsdale which is more convenient for me. My serpentine belt broke while starting the car, from a cold start. I'm just glad I wasn't driving. It was late on Saturday night. Sunday morning I did some research to figure out where to tow the car and found that Babbitt had a location in North Scottsdale. I had the car towed there and went to the website to set an appointment with details of what the issues were with the car. The ability to set the appointment online is awesome. It was super easy and took less than five minutes. They provided me a confirmation via email. Monday morning I arrived at the shop to drop off the key and spoke to Danny. Once they had time to assess the damage he called me. He was very knowledgeable about the repair and explained everything in detail. He also informed me of the overall condition of the car and other issues that were found. It wasn't a high pressure sale, he gave me options, quotes, and let me pick how I wanted to move forward. They were very reasonable with the price. My repair would have easily been $3k+ at the BMW dealer. So happy I gave them a chance. They repaired my vehicle and had it ready to go the next day. He showed me photos he had taken of the current issue. So glad I decided to give Babbit a try. No regrets and I have found my new BMW shop. I will definitely be using them again. If you have a BMW you need to use Babbitt, they are awesome. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!! Tonj

This is the second time i have used Babbit for my Bmw428i. They provide a good service, they seem to know what they are doing and they are friendly enough. Also most importantly they are reasonably priced compared to the insane pricing at BMW.

Danny is great to work with 😃 Very nice person. Always accommodating. Prices are good for BMW!! Obviously because of this office is very small and no amenities like dealer but rather save the money!
