I’m a first time owner of a BMW X5 diesel. They educated me and did a full inspection for the low cost of an oil change. It really was cheap consider dealer cost and how often the change needs to happen. Riley was my BMW Doctor. He showed me what the concerns were and broke down what was going on so I could understand the level of severity. I will be going back and will go nowhere else. This shop is outstanding. I know gas engines well but at a loss for diesel. No bs no price hiking. They breakdown costs and how essential the attention is. Use them! They are not bull shiters.

As per Service Bulletins posted by BMW North America and MINI USA, there are manufacturing issues with certain vehicles and the Footwell Module (FRM), BMW + MINI have extended the coverage on some of the FRM modules to 10 years 156,000 miles due to their high failure rates. If failure occurs while in the process of diagnosing your vehicle with our factory scanner, we cannot be held responsible as this is a BMW/ engineering problem with the Footwell Module (FRM) itself and not with anything done by Babbitt Motor Werks.
