I have dealt with both Danny at the Scottsdale location and Carmen at the Tempe location. Both are managers and I have to tell you I need to put them in a MMA/UFC fighting cage to find a winner and even then it would be a tie i'm sure. They are great and their entire team are so knowledgeable and meticulous down to every detail in the repairing or servicing of your car. I can only say USE THEM...PERIOD.

Always quick service well performed and reasonable value. Brad is always busy but makes you feel like your the only customer in the place. Always delivers sound service advise and knows BMW’s very well. Excellent service advisor. It’s the only BMW shop I use for the two BMW’s I have had. Recommended.

As a BMW owner for the past four decades plus, I am very particular about who works on my cars, which is why I usually do much of my own work. That was until I found Babbitt! They are professional and exceptionally competent as well as providing a great value for the work performed. They do the job the way I would do it! Brad and Riley are always spot on with diagnosis and repair as well as being a couple of great guys to deal with. I highly recommend Babbitt if you need any work performed on your precious BMW!

Had Babbitt do a pre purchase inspection on an M3 I was considering. They scheduled the inspection the next day. The inspection report was very thorough and detailed and they called me to discuss. Very happy with the service. I would recommend them for this service.

Been to Babbit's a couple times. Talked to Brad about the issues. He is a professional, always willing to listen to me and responds in a BFF kind of way. Will keep going back to Brad when needed. Brad at Babbitt is not to nay very competitive n pricing but very honest on what your car would need. I highly recommend them if you need work on your Bmw

Not to happy about the labor cost. I was very surprised to be charged at a extremely high rate for an oil cooler gasket and a drive belt replacement. Labor cost way too much. Dealership prices.
