My M4 was out of warranty, and after some research, I decided to take my car to Babbitt. BMW service is crazy expensive, but worthwhile. They were extremely professional, and took great care of my car, at a fraction of the price of the dealership. They have several BMW certified techs, so I didn't have much worry about who was taking care of business. I needed regular service, including an oil change, and some other normal maintenance. They explained everything that needed to be done, and some things they said could wait without issue until my next service, so they weren't trying to upsell me on services that weren't needed at the time. Not to mention, they gave her a good wash! I've definitely found my new place to take my car to, and I would highly recommend them to anybody who has a BMW or Mini.

We've used them several times now that our car is out of warranty; dealer prices just too high, and I don't like paying the higher prices to cover a lavish dealership lobby with free snacks. Personable service, direct and prompt communication, and I don't get the "I'm talking down to you because you're a woman" vibe, which I appreciate.

People who know BMW, Babbitt will fix and maintain your car for a fair price. Always a friendly place that treats you as a valued customer. A passion for BMW that shows everything they do.

They also provided me with quotes to do further repairs that totaled more than $2,000, but also told me none of the additional work was urgent and could be postponed for at least another 10,000 miles. Honesty, good advice no hard sell at the very reputable place.
