I live about 2.5 miles from their North Scottsdale location and when I told them that I couldnt get a ride, they didn't hesitate to come by and give my car a jump start. They took it to the garage and fixed my issue. That's one way to generate customer loyalty!
Assistant Tech
Assistant Tech with a clean driving record wanting to assist in a BMW repair shop. Hard working, positive attitude, and can work at a quick pace. We are looking for a technician that has a minimum of 2 years job experience.
As per Service Bulletins posted by BMW North America and MINI USA, there are manufacturing issues with certain vehicles and the Footwell Module (FRM), BMW + MINI have extended the coverage on some of the FRM modules to 10 years 156,000 miles due to their high failure rates. If failure occurs while in the process of diagnosing your vehicle with our factory scanner, we cannot be held responsible as this is a BMW/ engineering problem with the Footwell Module (FRM) itself and not with anything done by Babbitt Motor Werks.
