Been going to Babbitt since 2005, first with a 7 series now with my 5 series. Jen, Kameron (Eric when he was there) have always given a fair and honest price and been very professional. Would highly recommend this company to anyone owning a BMW when their warranties run out. Dealer’s with their overhead costs are just too high and at times suggest items that are not absolutely needed but must do so due the arraignments they have with BMW Corporate. They do it all with techs and the proper equipment to service your BMW right.

My first visit here... won't be my last. After getting a set of new tires of course its time for an alignment, so a quick Yelp search and phone call later I was sold. Great responsive customer service and a sense of trust in handling whatever may come along with servicing my 435i. Dropped off the vehicle for the alignment and received an email with photos of the readings a short time later... perfect1 They gave it a wash too! Exclusively BMW at this shop which bodes well. I'll be back for sure!

Worked on my rare E30 with great care! Honest mechanic who told me good news on my clutch and how to drive it in 2 wheel drive until hard to find part is located! Saved me thousands! Of course I still spent the money just on more upgrades! Thanks for keeping me on the road. Great communication during the process. Will return!!!

I have had this company service my car in the past. I normally would see Danny and was pleased with his services and helpfulness. Unfortunately they moved and I needed to go to the closest location to me. I dealt with Kameron and he was very helpful. I had a few things wrong. It was costly but my car is running great.
