Window regulator went out on my 3 series. They immediately scheduled me in today and completed the work in under 30 minutes! The staff is very very friendly and professional. I will be back and recommend them to friends and family. This place is really a hidden gem for all bmw services. Keep up the good work!

Jennifer is the best, she runs a clean top notch shop. Her mechanics did a thorough diagnostic on the car and let us know what exactly needed to be done without trying to upsell us on services that were not needed. She keeps you updated as to how the repairs are progressing and delivered when promised. I'll definitely use Babbitt Motor Werks again and refer this shop to those in need of BMW repairs.
