Excellent service and personnel with fair prices.

My first BMW, so I was trying to save from dealer service prices. I have now found out how expensive these cars are and that extended warranties do nothing, but I knew Brad would help me save a little money, and look over the car to make sure everything looked good. Main things with mechanics is that they be honest, and Brad at Babbitt seems to be pretty genuine caring about the cost in maintaining these cars. Work was all done on time, and they said if anything is wrong bring it back and they will double check things, etc. Great place to take it if you have a BMW.

Simply excellent. Never cheap to repair a BMW but the service, explanation, communication, and worked performed is outstanding, AND the prices are more reasonable than the dealership. Fast, attentive, courteous and friendly. Wish all shops performed like these guys!
