I appreciated the honest diagnosis on my 535i. I went ahead and repaired my vehicle there and it was completed expeditiously and with no further problems. I was amazed at the 2-year parts warranty, too! I highly recommend them for your BMW repairs as they are less expensive than the dealership, which I do have repair quotes from as well.

The Babbitt Motor Werks team are some of the best in the business, and extremely skilled at BMW repair / maintenance. Came in with a challenging electrical problem (car would start but engine would not turn over, fuel pump was working) on a BMW that had a lot of custom electrical work done by the previous owner, and were able to get it running again with relatively inexpensive parts & labor. Every issue is different, but believe they do an excellent job identifying & repairing the actual underlying causes, which generally keeps the costs to a minimum.

Unlike the BMW dealers who simply replace parts until they correct a problem, Babbitt are mechanics who fix problems. They know what they are doing and treat their customers with fairness.

Awesome shop, Kameron and the rest of the crew are the best. They LOVE BMWs, its pretty obvious. They are always honest, straightforward, and have good prices, what more could you ask for. They have done a lot of work on my 2000 528i and I have had zero issues. Everything comes backed with a two year warranty as well so you have the confidence that they have incentive to do a high quality job.
