I had a great time getting my car fixed at Babbit. We come from a family of bmw owners. My elder brother has used babbit to fix his bummer for almost 20 years and it still runs like a charm. It was an easy decision to go to Babbit when I got a check engine light. The folks at Babbit were super helpful they had a busy packed day but gave me exact feedback on what was broken and how much to fix. Turns out it was a broken temperature sensor. They fixed it in a jiffy and I happily took my car out for a drive again the next day. Believe me they are excellent value for money for the services rendered. Above all they remember past customers. Which is a real breath of fresh air. I’ll be returning to Babbit for all my bmw needs.

This review is written after my first visit to the Kyrene Rd location. Babbitt identified a problem that another prominent shop missed. They correctly identified another problem that the same other prominent shop blamed on a part that is not even related. Result: two problems resolved, and a happy customer.

Babbitt was a great experience for me. I drive a 2012 328i that had some problems with the lights I was quoted completely different at another shop for 5x the cost. Babbitt went through the whole car and diagnosed the real problem quickly and gave me a call the same day. We fixed what needed to be fixed and I saved a good amount of money getting a second option, also the customer service is awesome, the best I’ve ever experienced in the car world!

Always have been treated with respect and honestly. The craftsmanship is AAA . Will be very sad when I will no longer have a BMW.
