Always great service from Babbitt! I had to get my car earlier in the afternoon despite three jobs that needed to be performed that day and as always Brad got it done in time. Brad is always honest, upfront, and makes good on his promises.

Purchased 2001 Z3 and had them completely check the car over. Very friendly and knowledgeable. Very detailed and honest about what needed to be done. I would highly recommend their services.

I have used Babbitt Motor Werks for five different repairs over the last four years, two major repairs and two labor intensive repairs, and one minor repair. They do quality work with quality parts. Outstanding Customer Service by Brad.

I’ve lived in Arizona for a year now and I refuse to take my car anywhere else. Since I’ve been here I’ve had lots of different issues with my car as it is an older car that has needed a lot of maintenance in the last year and I can always rely on these guys to take care of me. They are very honest and great at explaining what the problem is for someone who doesn’t speak “car language”. They are always very accommodating and friendly. Highly recommend to anyone with a BMW who wants honest, well trained mechanics working on your vehicle.

UPDATE: 9-1-2022 Once again the team at Babbitt proved why I don't hesitate to bring my 328 in whenever an issue I cant solve arises. Brad and Riley took care of my AC in less than one day. Its blowing so cold its hurts! Brad is as friendly as ever. I trust these guys 100% :) As past experiences, dealing with Babbitt was a pleasure. Brad and Riley addressed my issues honestly and pointed out a few items needing attention in the near future. As long as I own a BMW I can't imagine going anywhere else for my service needs.

We bought a basket case Z4. The top was inoperable. I’m took it apart and got in over my head. After calling around to various BMW shops and not finding anyone who would help I connected with Brad. Not only did he and Reily get the top working again but the process was easy. Brad kept us up to date with the work and honored the quote even when things popped up that other shops would have used to jack up the cost. I will continue to have my BMW’s serviced at Babbit.
