I’ve been using Babbit for the past 5yrs, I wouldn’t take my bmw any where else. Very professional staff.
Only place I want to take my vehicle. Brad always on top of things!!
Very impressed with communication and service provided. Brad breaks down every charge very clearly.
Happy to assist you with your vehicle and glad we were able to impress. Thank you for the great review!
Went here to adjust coilovers for my m4. Great experience and great prices.
Thanks for choosing our shop for your M4 coilover adjustment. We appreciate your feedback!
As ALWAYS, I received Amazing service! It is the ONLY place I will take may BMW for service!
They were very knowledgeable and friendly. Brad also worked with me regarding storage and pick up.
Great service
I have been coming to Babbitt for years with a couple different cars. Reasonable pricing, excellent care and friendly professional service. Highly recommend.
I love Babbitt. My engine overheated. I called Babbitt. I called AAA. The car was diagnosed and all this within a 2 hour time span. The next morning my car was ready to be picked up. I'm considering a trade in because of 120K miles and I won't consider any car but BMW just so I can use Babbitt for maintenance. I would give Brad more stars if available.

As per Service Bulletins posted by BMW North America and MINI USA, there are manufacturing issues with certain vehicles and the Footwell Module (FRM), BMW + MINI have extended the coverage on some of the FRM modules to 10 years 156,000 miles due to their high failure rates. If failure occurs while in the process of diagnosing your vehicle with our factory scanner, we cannot be held responsible as this is a BMW/ engineering problem with the Footwell Module (FRM) itself and not with anything done by Babbitt Motor Werks.
