I love this place. There is never any miscommunication or misunderstandings. Brad is thorough in taking the work orders and the techs complete the work quickly and correctly. I have never showed up to pick up my X5 and had any add on charges. They make recommendations for necessary work and also advise when a repair can wait or be completely avoided. My X5 is a 2001 with 177,000 miles and they keep it running like dream. Thanks guys.

Great service from start to finish! Honest, timely ,friendly and courteous through out. One disappointment though, left a message yesterday morning inquiring whether they offer a military discount for members and former members. Great service and communication. If you are looking for a trustworthy car shop- this is the place for you! They specialize in BMWs and will give you a better price than any BMW dealership around. They made sure I was comfortable and gave a good explanation to any work needed to be done. 10/10 would recommend and will be coming back for all car needs in the future

My X4 needed brakes and Brad walked me through costs and stayed within that estimate! He has also given me estimates for my maintenance items that need completion through this year. I was totally impressed by the level of service and communication. Great place to care for your BMW.

Good service Got my car back on the road. Plus if you use your credit card, they don’t charge a fee like I got my truck fixed elsewhere the same week and charge me 3% fee, which is a big turn off Very good customer service as well. Highly recommend.
