They are the nicest people you will come across and they did an excellent job on my 2009 Mini. I highly recommend using this auto shop.

I am from California, and requested Proper Performance Motors to do a PPI before purchasing a vehicle sight unseen. After Proper Performance got in contact with Babbit Motor Werks , they got the PPI done in less than 2 hours! Even on their busy schedule, they were super fast, and easy to talk to. Nate and Danny were awsome and complelty transparent about what they found and didn’t find the BMW. Definitley would go to them for affordable and honest prices!

Danny is the best, they did a great job on our X-5, cleaned the vehicle, looked like a brand new truck. We take all our BMW's to Danny, trust the work and pricing. The best!!

Customer service was knowledgeable, responsive and courteous. Pricing is low relative to the cost of maintenance and service at a BMW dealer. The work was completed within 1 day as promised.

I have a Bmw 328i and recently a bmw 659 .. both convertibles .. I have been using babbit for general maintenance for over five years now .. their service is always good and just as important to me — always on time .. pricing versus having my car serviced at the local BMW dealership is very good .. they are customer friendly .. and most impatiently, as mentioned, they are always on time .. little waiting time if you have an appointment .. Danny, at the front desk is very good at explaining in layman’s teens what is going on .. just a very well run business imo

Danny and crew, Thank you so very much for the great service. If there was an option for 10 stars I would choose that. I have personally had everything from standard service to emergency repairs and even engine replacement performed by Danny and crew at Babbit and could not speak higher of their service. Give them a try, they truly are the best there is!

Great service above and beyond. Had car towed in on a Friday afternoon after a severe coolant leak. Diagnosed quickly, parts ordered and installed Monday. During work, battery failed. It was under warranty from Interstate (purchased in a California shop). Jen went out of her way to find a local dealer who had a battery in stock and replaced battery under warranty without any charge. Great service and I am now a lifer there for any BMW connected work.
