I took my 535i to Babbitt after speaking to Danny on the phone about my car issues he was very upfront, professional and a pleasure to speak with! They did collapsed motor mounts, transmission fluid change and a smell leak in a line that goes to my turbo. Not only are they very professional but the shop is very clean! They even washed and vacuumed my car when it was all done! I will definitely recommend this shop to all my friends and family and continue taking my car to them when I need services! Assistant Tech with a clean driving record wanting to assist in a BMW repair shop. Hard working, positive attitude, and can work at a quick pace. We are looking for a technician that has a minimum of 2 years job experience.
As per Service Bulletins posted by BMW North America and MINI USA, there are manufacturing issues with certain vehicles and the Footwell Module (FRM), BMW + MINI have extended the coverage on some of the FRM modules to 10 years 156,000 miles due to their high failure rates. If failure occurs while in the process of diagnosing your vehicle with our factory scanner, we cannot be held responsible as this is a BMW/ engineering problem with the Footwell Module (FRM) itself and not with anything done by Babbitt Motor Werks. See Bulletin SI M01 06 dated August 2016
