Have been going to this shop for a couple of years now. They always explain things to me carefully. If something doesn't need to be done right now, they tell me about it. I always get the feeling they know what they're doing and are honest with me. When I go in and the problem turns out to be minor, like this morning, they routinely give me back my keys with no charge! As long as I am the owner of a BMW I will be going to this shop.

These guys always take care of my 2002 E46 with 190k. Brad is friendly and let's you know details of any problems they find vs the dealership just throw numbers at you. I have been going here for 4 years and recommend them to all BMW owners. This last time I went there for brakes and they told me all the wear on both front and back and did not try to sell me on 4 brakes when only 2 were needed. MilesI did notice this last time that my antifreeze or washer fluid was not topped up, but I specifically didn't ask for it so maybe that is the reason. Great job guysPaul BTara D

Every time I take my cars to Babbitt I am always IMPRESSED by the Professional treatment. I am always kept up to date on the repairs.The best part is how they don't just "throw parts" and guess what the problem is, these guys are BMW Factory trained. Keep up the Great Work!!

While on vacation in the Phoenix area, my BMW wouldn't start. After researching online, I had my car towed to Babbitt due to the strong reviews, as well as a recommendation from my mechanic back in Orange County. I was not disappointed in my decision.Working with Eric was a very positive experience. The problem with why it wouldn't start was not easily detectable. They had my car a total of 5 days and I was kept informed on the progress and research daily. Through trial and error, it was determined the cam adjustment motor sensor was faulty. I was impressed with the honesty and integrity of the Babbitt crew and was not charged for any unnecessary parts that were used during the process while attempting to find the problem.I hope to never have issues again when I travel thru the Phoenix area, but if I do, I know where I'll be taking my BMW. I can't say enough good things about Babbits on Scottsdale Rd. HONEST people. I have 3 BMWs one in 17 years old. They are all maintained by Babbits and I know they have saved me thousands over the years. Thanks for the great service!

I have been going to Babbitt Motor Werks for 5 years now for my 2004 Mini Cooper and I would never go to anybody else. It is really hard to find a good mechanic who is also honest. I would not take my car to anybody else! Eric is always very informative and explains to me exactly what needs to be done and why so that there are no questions on my end.

I love this place! Don't get me wrong, I don't like taking my car in for repairs, but when I know that the service is going to be way better than a dealership, I'm bringing my car here. Eric is awesome and friendly and the mechanics are always accomodating and helpful!

Very honest and full of information place. I picked up a 745Li & before buying had it inspected at Babbits, Eric made it very easy for me to get it in without prior notice & they inspected everything. Then after i ended up buying the car they ended up applying my inspection fee to an oil change so i got an oil change Free from them, its a service they offer, GREAT!

great service. we were quoted 2200 for a water pump and all the extras that chapman told us we needed. This was the second time they told us to trade in the car and get a new because it was not worth fixing. Babbitt replaced the parts needed and got us on our way within a day. saved us 1500 dollars. Also they took the time to check the entire car over and found a few minor issues that the dealer did not see that were pretty obvious. Thanks to all the guys there, it is a shame that we just found this place now.

I have taken my 2001 BMW 330CI three times so far and each time the service has been great. I have taken my car in to get the following done... Power Steering Pump, Engine Mounts, Driver Side Lock Regulator. Engine Valves. Front Struts, Front Bushings, Engine Oil Leak, & Tire Alignment. All of these items were quoted at a fraction of what a BMW dealer would charge. Eric is super friendly and very knowledgable. I highly recomend you take your BMW or MINI here and do not take it to a dealer. You will save $100s if not $1000s of dollars by doing so.
