Always provide great service. Brad is a delight and the techs always do great, fair work. I can't say I enjoy taking my car to the shop because that means I'm spending money, but Babbit Motors makes it bearable because I know I can trust their work.

The entire team at Babbitt is incredible. They are upfront, honest, and will only do what is necessary, rather than unnecessary and a way to inflate revenue, when working on your vehicle. Having just done a huge engine job, we originally discussed how long I could wait, the repercussions if I did, and what it would cost, along with any other small mechanical issues which could be handled at the same time, instead of later, costing 3-4 times more. I am so thankful that I found them after I moved here two years ago and needed work done on my vehicle. Knowing what I know now, I would ALWAYS take my BMW here first, before a dealer. If you're skeptical, take it to a dealer first, get your estimate and timeline, then take it here and see how much faster and cost effective this team can be without sacrificing quality. Without question the best BMW maintenance and service I’ve ever experienced. After obtaining a quote from the Dealer, I called Babbit Motor Werks and spoke with Kameron. I provided him the maintenance codes from the dealer quote. I was so shocked at the difference in price that I had to ask him twice. Kameron saved me $2700. While waiting for my ride to show Kameron and I spoke with each other for an hour. My conclusion is that they are the Premier Standard for honesty, accuracy and proficiency in BMW Repair and Service in the entire valley. I will be a repeat customer for scheduled maintenance actions or any problem I may encounter. So should you.

As always for over the past 9 years the job was well done. Timings was an issue this last time where it was thought that my car would be ready the same day however due to an item that was not available as thought needed to pick up the next day.
