I appreciated the honest diagnosis on my 535i. I went ahead and repaired my vehicle there and it was completed expeditiously and with no further problems. I was amazed at the 2-year parts warranty, too! I highly recommend them for your BMW repairs as they are less expensive than the dealership, which I do have repair quotes from as well.

They provide excellent service and have extensive knowledge and experience with BMW. The only negative are the prices.

This was my first visit to Babbett Motor Werks and I am very impressed. I had to have a major repair done to the air conditioning on my 328 that required removing the entire dashboard, steering column, basically everything. I was a little nervous to say the least. I have to say their service is top notch! Dealing with Brad was the icing on the cake. He and his service techs were friendly, knowledgeable, honest, and their work was perfect! My AC works great, everything is tight and as new. They completed the repair on time as promised and their price was more than fair. I would not hesitate to bring my car back or refer any BMW owners/friends to go there as well.

Very impressed with this shop, from the moment I arrived I was greeted with a smile and friendly customer service from Danny. I brought my BMW 328i in for an oil change and a lamp indicator light on- 40 minutes later I was paid and out the door!! Honest and efficient- Thank you Babbitt Motor Werks!

I used to take my BMW to their other locations until neither my home or office were close by. I was ecstatic to find out that they had a new location closer to my home. No one eve likes taking their car to the shop, but if I have to take it anywhere it is to Babbitt Motorwerks. From day one, they have always had my (and my cars) best interest in mind. Everyone I have dealt with at all of their locations have been friendly and professional. If you have a BMW there is no reason to take your car anywhere else for service.
