I called them up to get some information and a resolution for my 2010 Mini Cooper S R56 blowing smoke and making some questionable sounds (I literally said it sounds like vacuuming wet rocks and that made sense to them). Ended up dropping the car off on a Friday, where it was garaged and stored over the weekend before they started to work on it. Brad had incredible communication from the start, kept me in the loop daily and was honest about every issue, or potential issue that popped up. After tearing the car apart and finding more issues than just the valve cover leak, they asked if I wanted the rest of it repaired, and kept the cost at a fraction of what any dealership would’ve charged. Got the car back Thursday afternoon with a 2 year warranty to back everything up. Even though I elected to do a couple things on my own (new exhaust, taillight, and tires) they still gave good advice and feedback on the parts I had in mind and quotes if I did want to do it in house. Plus they gave the ol Cooper a car wash - amazing! The customer service, accuracy, timeliness, honesty, and just genuine connection they make with their customers is great. Definitely recommend taking your BMW or Mini here for any routine maintenance or major repair.

Brad, the manager of the Location was professional and excellent to work with. They quickly located some leaks that I had and some gaskets in the motor, install the new battery, flashed the car so everything was working properly, and did so in a timely manner.

Nobody likes to spend money on car repairs, but Brad at Babbitt left us feeling confident that we got quality work for a fair price and only the work we really needed. Brad was professional, knowledgeable, efficient and very nice to deal with. Our repair was done quickly and we were kept updated on status. We appreciate the two-year warranty. It’s a repair we’ve been putting off because it wasn’t critical and our MINI is older and our third car. I’m glad we finally did it; I love driving the MINI again now that it’s not rattling. We highly recommend Babbitmotorwerks and will use them again when the time comes.
