Online scheduling of appointment was easy for a simple oil change and general vehicle checkup. Service Manager Danny Flynn was there to confirm services requested and make sure nothing else was required. I waited while my 2015 X5 was serviced; the oil change only took 30 minutes. Babbitt Motor Werks is the only place I will bring my BMW in for servicing because of the professional customer service, honesty, and quality of work performed. Thanks Danny and the entire team for taking good care of my BMW.
