Jen was amazing at first contact. I had my car at another shop and they were taking their time. I needed my BMW i8 back quickly so I called Babbitt. Jen rushed in the parts and got my car repaired in record time. She beat out the quote from the BMW dealership on maintenance as well. Jen knows her stuff and she does what she says she's going to do. If she says she'll call right back or send an email...she does. I highly recommend this shop for all your BMW needs.
