The team at both Babbit locations are always great to work with. I always get an honest diagnosis friendly service and short wait times. I cannot say enough about how much I appreciate the work both teams at both locations have done for me since owning my 5 series
Excellent service! Called for an appointment for oil change and engine light that was on and bumper/undercarriage was dragging. Was able to get in the next day. The repair to under the bumper required parts and a full day to repair. It was taken car of 2 days later and I had it back before the weekend. Very fast and friendly service. I will be back!
Babbitt Motor Werks is the best place to get your BWM repaired. I will only take my BMW's there.
Babbitt is the bomb! Only place I bring my Mini to!
Thank you, Joseph, we are so appreciative!
Valve cover leak repair. Great communication and service.
Babbitt is always very friendly and willing to do whatever it takes to solve the problem. Their service is always excellent and honest.
Great customer service and repair service. They got my car in and out quickly and kept me update on the progress, estimated repair costs and completion time.
As always, their service is top notch and timely. Great customer service from start to finish. They address what is needed and don’t attempt to add non essential issues to the work.

As per Service Bulletins posted by BMW North America and MINI USA, there are manufacturing issues with certain vehicles and the Footwell Module (FRM), BMW + MINI have extended the coverage on some of the FRM modules to 10 years 156,000 miles due to their high failure rates. If failure occurs while in the process of diagnosing your vehicle with our factory scanner, we cannot be held responsible as this is a BMW/ engineering problem with the Footwell Module (FRM) itself and not with anything done by Babbitt Motor Werks.
