I have 3 BMW’s that I have been getting service and work done with a different mechanic for the last 3 years. Lately it’s like they cringe when they see me coming They always have to say something about how difficult something is to do on a BMW compared to any other car. The interest in helping me out and providing me with good service at a fare price has seemed to have gone south. This was my first time using Babbitt Motor Werks and i will for sure be bringing my other cars here too. They were very accommodating to me after I had my car towed to one of there locations that wasn’t expecting it. My car was quickly diagnosed and the repair was done even faster than I had hoped for. All of my interactions with anyone associated with this company have all been positive and professional. To top things off they made me feel like they want to help me out and fix my BMW unlike the mechanic I have been loyal to for the last 3 years. If you have BMW that needs work done this is the only place you should be taking it. Lucithey are not located too far away from me but if I lived farther away I’d still find a way to get my car to them for service. Very pleasant experience
