As always they worked my M5 in, and helped by fixing one of those 15 yr old accessory items that can only break on this car. Jenn and Jeff went over my truculent 8cyl and worked out her kinks, and she's back up and fighting again. Don't buy old BMWs, but if you must, bring them here.
We've had our beamer (2002 convertible) about a year now....Danny the advisor has been great and everyone there is just very good to our car and us...I highly recommend taking your car there no matter what it is but especially a BMW !

I spoke with Danny regarding a dead battery that was only one year old. Danny assured me it was 100% covered by the warrantly. I brought the car in, battery was replaced and the annual oil change was done. The service was quick and efficient. Very smooth process. Everyone was very pleasant to deal with. We'll be back for some regularly scheduled maintence on our Mini-Cooper later this summer.

Assistant Tech with a clean driving record wanting to assist in a BMW repair shop. Hard working, positive attitude, and can work at a quick pace. We are looking for a technician that has a minimum of 2 years job experience.
As per Service Bulletins posted by BMW North America and MINI USA, there are manufacturing issues with certain vehicles and the Footwell Module (FRM), BMW + MINI have extended the coverage on some of the FRM modules to 10 years 156,000 miles due to their high failure rates. If failure occurs while in the process of diagnosing your vehicle with our factory scanner, we cannot be held responsible as this is a BMW/ engineering problem with the Footwell Module (FRM) itself and not with anything done by Babbitt Motor Werks.
