Good service and Brad responded quickly to my questions. Got a transmission oil change, went with Babbitt because they sounded more confident and the price was somewhat better than other shops.

Jenn the owner was super helpful when I called her about repairs quoted to me by another service provider. They were able to provide great service and were upfront about what was really needed and what wasn't. On top of this, they were far more reasonable on the cost. They have won my business.

I have taken my car to Babbitt three times this year. They do excellent work; are kind and professional. Brad ia always able to get me in for an appt within a day or two. I highly recommend them to service your BMW!

Jen and her team are outstanding in every aspect of the business transaction. An example: I have a new 5 Series and lost a parking sensor due to a rock on the 202 ( not covered under warranty ). Checked with the dealership and then with Babbit…. Babbit was a full $600 cheaper and quicker. I have been taking my BMW’s to Babbit for ~ 5 years.

I just bought a used BMW and was notified the previous owner got all the maintenance done here so I wanted to continue coming here. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable. They did have to do some additional repairs that I was not planning on but they got the job done on time and we paid what was quoted to us. I will definitely return to continue to have my car serviced here.
