I have used Babbitt a couple of times for my BMW maintenance and always had a great experience! This time, the fuel tank was leaking and should have been covered under the extended warranty; however, the warranty company made multiple mistakes during the claims process and initially denied my claim. Danny and the team went above and beyond (through numerous communications and appointments with the warranty company’s inspectors), and finally got my claim approved! I wouldn’t think of using anyone else to service my car! They are honest and provide exceptional customer service!
