Due to his automtive knowledge and excellent customer service skills, he is definitely an asset to Babbitt. Babbitt definitely takes care of their customers. Brought my BMW 535 to Babbitt to repair an oil leak caused by debris on freeway. Donny was informative and kept me advised throughout the day as to the repairs. Nothing is inexpensive on a BMW but felt the labor and parts charges were fair. The repairs were done same day I brought the car in. After the repairs, they washed the car - which doesn't happen very often at any repair facility - so that was an unexpected nice service touch. Am making this my "go to" place for my BMW.
