I was skeptical even though the high rating on yelp. I needed a tune up. I was expecting to spend high dollars for the tune up. I was expecting them to tell me my car was falling apart and I needed to do this and repair that. They went above and beyond all expectations and said my car is awesome but did need a new item. Topped off oil and fluids and cleaned the car. I didn't spend a fortune and I'm now a customer for life. Thank you Danny.

My son is from out of state and going to school in Tempe. His car's battery was bad so we had it towed to Babbitt in Scottsdale. I dealt with Cameron over the phone on several occasions, he was great and very accommodating. I had some trouble with our roadside service through our Insurance company and Cameron help out with a recommendation for a different tow service. My experience was great it's nice to have the confidence in a repair shop state away. We will do all of our service with Babbitt BMW/Cooper during my son's duration in Tempe.

As always, the service at Babbitt is exceptional! Brad is always so kind and professional and treats every customer with respect and kindness. Because my service was going to require about 3 days without my car, Brad went ahead and called the folks over at Enterprise and within minutes someone was there to pick me up and get me all set up with a rental car...and Babbitt pays for a portion of the cost!
